Meet the Artist

Quaylak is an artist, writer, and costume maker from Savannah, Georgia. She graduated from the Savannah College of Art & Design and received her BFA in 2D Animation in 2007. By day, she works in web development and by night, she pursues her own creative endeavors.

Formerly a co-owner of Savage Turtle Studios, where she built 45+ costume masks/heads from 2008-2016, she is now working independently on her own brand of costumes and crafts. She has been an active member of the furry fandom for nearly 20 years and aspires to one day live in the mountains of Colorado.
