FAQ

Do you take custom fursuit commissions?

Not at this time! I’m currently in the process of getting back into costume creation and will likely focus on building my own brand and what inspires me. Anything I create will be put up for sale and should I ever decide to try my hand at a custom commission again in the future, I will announce that on my social media platforms.

What are your costumes made of?

My costume masks/heads are built upon a lycra balaclava using upholstery foam, faux fur (no real animal products used), and a variety of other materials that I’ve worked with for several years. Vision is through the eyes of the costume and breathing is through the open mouth.

Do you take custom plush commissions?

No. Unfortunately, I do not see myself picking up plush work again unless it was just for myself/for fun. There are many talented plush artists out there now so I would recommend you consider giving them your business!

What payment methods do you accept?

USD only. Paypal is preferred and a must for folks outside the US (to protect us both). I should also be able to take payment through Square as well! Cash is an option but I would not recommend it. Personal checks and bank transfers (USA) would need to be discussed in advance.

Do you ship traditional artwork?

Yes, for sure! It is your responsibility to provide me with an accurate address or risk the item being lost or returned to me, in which case, a new shipping fee would need to be paid. All custom artwork (except for Bitsy badges due to their size and free shipping option) is shipped with a tracking number. Once the package leaves my hands, however, I claim no control or responsibility for what happens to it and any issues you may have (lost, damaged, etc.) will need to be directed at the carrier (USPS).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. All customs fees and shipping expenses are the responsibility of the commissioner and will be calculated at the end of the project.

Do you accept payment plans?

I would be willing to consider it on a short-term basis (less than a month) depending on the cost of the project. Anything under $300 would not be eligible for payment plans and full payment is required before any item will be shipped to you.

Will you work with anyone under 18?

Unfortunately, no. For legal reasons (exchanging of money, entering contracts, etc.) I cannot work with minors on custom products and sales. If you happen to have a willing parent or guardian, however, we may be able to work something out!
